Dear Crabby,

My brother and I are way past middle age. I'm older and should have the upper hand when it comes to decisions. And he should listen to me.

We both live together. I took him in when his wife gave him the boot for reasons he won't disclose. It must be embarrassing so I don't push it.

Anyhow, I think he took my check and won't admit it. We got into it because he took it when I was down for one of my many naps. I ended up calling the cops on him because he kept denying it.

When the cop came, we got into another argument about him taking my check. He told me to look under my pillow and when I did in front of the cop, there it was as big and yellow as it pleased. The cop looked at me sort of strange and left.

What if it happens again. What should I do?

— Albert

Dear Albert,

Listen to your younger sibling and look under your pillow.

Did you hear about those Indians who left the Midwest on their way to the Inauguration in Washington?

They were last seen in Idaho.
