Julia Blackhawk is being mourned by members of her family from Upper Sioux Community. She was a young mother attending the Aveda Institute. She was a victim of the I-35 collapse. She lived in the cities with her two children. This is a shock but perhaps a prayer will be said at the Upper Sioux Wacipi this weekend. Please keep her two children in your prayers. No funds for the children have been set up at this time.Sharyl and Joe Whitehawk from Upper Sioux were related to Julia.
